Instrument Donation Program

Have an instrument gathering dust?ย Pass it on to change a life!

Musicopiaโ€™s Gift of Music instrument donation program collects, repairs, and places preโ€‘loved musical instruments with students who need them. Each donated instrument is carefully evaluated and restored so it can be played, enjoyed, and put to meaningful use by students at home, in schools, or in community programs.

By giving instruments a second life, the Gift of Music Program expands access to music education and ensures that financial barriers never prevent young people from experiencing the joy of learning and playing an instrument.

Testimonials

โ€œEver since I was little I have always had a desire to learn to play drums. Now that I have my own set, I can begin practicing for my future. I plan to attend a college with a strong music program. After college, I plan to be the leader of and/or manage my own band, and if possible, have my own record label. I have always wanted a drum set of my own. Because of this generous donation, I now can practice what I have long desired to play.โ€

"I play the clarinet and I am in 4th grade I like playing my instrument because itโ€™s like a whole other world. I would like to thank you, for making one of my wishes come true!"

"Music to me is important because it just flows in my blood. Thank you for the instruments. You made me become more interested in playing and I like it."

"Thank you so much for generously providing me with an instrument. Ever since I started playing tuba, I used the schoolโ€™s instrument. But it is even better to have your own โ€“ you have done that for me. Again, I thank you and I am grateful that such a thing was possible in such hard times."
