Thank you for considering hosting an Instrument Drive to benefit our Gift of Music Instrument Donation Program!

Here are the steps you can take to host an instrument drive:

1. Designate when and where you are going to hold the instrument drive.

      2. Contact Musicopia for your customized flyer/posters and donation forms.

      3. Distribute flyers and display posters in your workplace/school/organization and the community.

      4. Please have each donor complete the Instrument Donation Form when they deliver an instrument. This allows Musicopia to personally thank your donor for his/her donation and acts as a tax receipt.

      5. During and following the drive, please store instruments in a safe and secure place.

      Please contact us at 215‐829‐9522 x103 or GOM@musicopia.org and someone from Musicopia will direct you to a nearby instrument drop off location or discuss other options for the collection of your instruments if needed.
